Refund Policy

1. Overview
LTV Analyzer is a digital product delivered via web application access. Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds under limited circumstances as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You have not uploaded any data to LTV Analyzer
- No analysis has been performed using the Product
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have uploaded data or performed any analysis using the Product
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
- The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service
4. Consumer Rights (EU/EEA)
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, by completing your purchase and using the digital content, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This waiver takes effect upon first upload of data or execution of any analysis within the Product.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email contact@gambit.tokyo with the following information:
- Your name and email address used for the purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may contact Paddle.com directly, as they are the Merchant of Record for all LTV Analyzer purchases.
