Gambit, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates LTV Analyzer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Product.

- Account Information: Name, email address, and organization name provided during purchase
- Payment Information: Processed and stored by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We do not directly store credit card numbers or payment details
- Usage Data: Login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and session duration for product improvement
- Uploaded Data: Customer transaction data you upload for analysis. We do not persistently store uploaded data on our application servers. Data may be temporarily processed in-memory for analysis purposes and is discarded when your session ends
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain access to LTV Analyzer
- Process your purchase and deliver login credentials
- Communicate with you regarding your account or product updates
- Improve the Product and develop new features
- Ensure security and prevent unauthorized access
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Product:
- Paddle.com: Payment processing and Merchant of Record services. Paddle's privacy policy governs all payment-related data
- Streamlit Cloud: Application hosting
- Google Workspace: Authentication management and account administration
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Data You Upload
Customer transaction data you upload to LTV Analyzer is used solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not intentionally access or use your uploaded data except as necessary to operate, maintain, or support the Product. We do not persistently store uploaded data on our application servers. Data is temporarily processed in-memory and is discarded when your session ends.
6. Cookies
LTV Analyzer uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not intentionally use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services used to host and operate the Product may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Product. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Paddle.com, as our Merchant of Record, acts as the data controller for payment-related information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Japan and the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Children's Privacy
LTV Analyzer is a professional B2B tool and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
